Conservatives Dance On Grave Of Dead American ISIL Hostage: 'Jew-Hating, Anti-Israel B**ch'

Compassionate conservatives:

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/conservatives-kayla-mueller-israel

Not all conservatives used the death of American hostage Kayla Mueller to highlight the brutality of the Islamic State — some decided to focus their disgust on the 26-year-old's humanitarian work for Palestinians.

"No tears for the newly-departed Kayla Mueller, the ISIS hostage whose parents confirmed today that she is dead," conservative blogger Debbie Schlussel wrote on Tuesday, under the headline, "Kayla Mueller: Dead ISIS Hostage Was Jew-Hating, Anti-Israel Bitch."

"Mueller was a Jew-hating, anti-Israel piece of crap who worked with HAMAS and helped Palestinians harass Israeli soldiers and block them from doing their job of keeping Islamic terrorists out of Israel," she wrote.

Schlussel condemned Mueller's humanitarian work in the "so-called 'West Bank'" to prevent the demolition of "terrorists' 'houses.'"

"I have no sympathy for any of these 'American' (in name only!) hostages of ISIS," she continued. "And my attitude when I hear they’ve been snuffed out is, so sad, too bad."

Schlussel called the killing of Mueller "poetic justice."

What horrible excuses for human beings all warmongers and their enablers are!

They certainly forget this basic principle: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God."

Humanitarian workers are in essence peacemakers.

It has to take a real effort to turn a sweet and sad story into one where someone's terrible death is 'poetic justice'.

A real effort, plus a very dark heart.

No Tears for Raped Dutch Reporter in Egypt – This is Islam; This is Islamic Democracy & Liberation
By Debbie Schlussel

...

No tears from me for the raped Dutch reporter. She’s, no doubt, in Egypt to also cheer on the Islamic democracy protesters–many of whom elected the Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohammed Morsi and are now protesting again because they thought he’d be different than what he and his party said they are about. Shocker. I really couldn’t care less for a reporter who goes into Islamic countries–where we know Muslims regard women as chattel and living sex toys–and expects them to behave like Western gentleman. You go to Egypt expecting that, as you cheer on the Muslims there, I shed no tears for what happens to you. That’s the breaks when you take your chances and go to Egypt. The Western women who get raped there–including Logan and this reporter–are liberal moronettes who think they are doing G-d’s work cheering on these savages and pretending they aren’t savages, but “democrats.” Then, when they get “liberated” by these “democrats,” I’m supposed to feel sorry for them? Hilarious.

this hateful attack has infected public discourse. It is also very revealing of how organized, powerful and morally depraved the right wing is in this country. It appears to be channeling the Westboro Baptist Church

When I see the commentary by people like Schlussel and Pollak, I like to remind myself that they represent a small and distinct minority in the American Jewish community. I also remind myself that there are many American Jews who have advocated for peace, justice and human rights in Palestine, selflessly and often at great personal sacrifice. Men and women heeding the words of Isaiah, practicing the greatest of Jewish traditions, the call for justice. Indeed, these courageous people were keeping the issue of Palestinian rights alive here, before BDS and ISM, before it was safer and trendier to offer such support. When Schlussel reviles Mueller, she reviles them too.

We assume the human being looks for the good, not for the bad.

The human being wakes up thinking "what can I do to help others or at least not harm others, today"

Conservatives wake up and these are their first thoughts:

"who is trying to harm me today"
"who can I harm or orally attack today, thus giving me pleasure"

Republicans/cons (if this does not apply to you, get the HELL out of the party) exist to cause death and destruction.

We see it every day and have witnessed it from birth, either in person , or via Television, Radio, Newspaper and now the internet. Especially now with the internet cause some times its in our face, when we look at that monitor in front of us.

We know what its like to feel empathy and hatred. We have experienced vast numbers of feelings, even while sitting in the dark, at our local movie theater.

We can also choose not to be like them, which is what we do each day, especially being here on DU. YOU read the madness, you think, on perhaps some subconscious level, have I ever felt like that, at some time in my life? The answer is always yes, however whether or not you choose to act on those thoughts is what separates us.

A Republican would walk down the street and sees a legless homeless man begging for money and ignores him. We as Democrats might see him and bring him a sandwich or just pass to him a 20 dollar bill.

Its what we chose to do as Human Beings, that is important, always.
