'Hateful' neighbour

The victims were identified as 23-year-old Deah Shaddy Barakat, his 21-year-old wife, Yusor Mohammad, and her sister, 19-year-old Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha, police said.

A local TV station in North Carolina quoted the father of the slain women, Mohammed Abu-Salha, as saying that his daughter had told him several times that they had a neighbour who was "hateful".

His daughter also reported that the man had a gun in his waistband more than once.

"They lived a clean life, never gave us a bad day," Abu-Salha was quoted as saying. "We raised them in our faith. We raised them to love their country and their people, and everybody’s heart is broken. Everybody. All walks of life. The whole city did not sleep last night."

"I'm kind of in shock. I'm really confused and I have been since 5:30," said Kristen Boling, who lived in the complex where the shooting occurred.

The university said that Barakat was a second-year student at its dentistry school, his wife was planning on starting there in autumn, while her sister was a student at North Carolina State University.

Dad Says Victims Talked About 'Hateful' Neighbor

The father of the slain women, Mohammed Abu-Salha, however, said his older daughter told him several times that she was scared by a "condescending" neighbor who had come more than once to their doorstep with a gun in his waistband.

"They felt he was hateful, and she used that word," Mohammed Abu-Salha said. "She said, 'Daddy, we feel he hates us for who we are and how we look.' And our daughters dressed in the Muslim attire."

Barakat's sister, Dr. Suzanne Barakat, called on authorities to investigate "these senseless and heinous murders as a hate crime."

.................

The media can not hide the facts coming from the beautiful and extremely credible Abu-Salha family about the history of terrorism of killer Craig Hicks.

This creeping terrorism by media fuelled outrage is being suffered in silence, yes it is, for many American citizens quietly practising their faith in gratitude.

Minorities in America are all asking, along with their beautiful American families and in their beautiful American homes ... what has happened in the land of the free and brave? What has happened to make hate and fear so common and accepted - that to protest the hate and fear is just an interesting and equal argument?

It is not acceptable. This is not an isolated incident. It is the future of America, if the silent nods of the mass media to the fascists in Congress and the GOP and the media are given free leave to do so without question.

You sowed what you now reap, mass media, a special efforts shout out for Fox.

Enough yet?

Parking spot? Parking spot for deflection from Islamaphobia in America and terrorism by gun, maybe the squirming media has that right.
