Victoria Jackson didnt participate in the Saturday Night Live 40th anniversary show, but she debuted a new anti-Obama song on YouTube. The conservative activist accompanies herself on ukulele as she contemplates Islamophobic conspiracy theories in the seemingly improvised song, Theres a Muslim Living in the White House.
Why arent people shocked or something? Jackson sings. Why arent people up in arms? Does anyone read history or see black and white flags or hear alarms? The streets are filled with deaf and dumb as I squeak like a mouse. Theres a Muslim living in the White House.
The six-minute song a follow-up to Theres a Communist Living in the White House includes quotes and sound bites from the president intended to back her assertion that Obama is actually Muslim. Only Brigitte Gabriel understands me, and of course, Sean Hannity, and Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer, Jackson sings, naming anti-Islam commentators.
Jackson was not among the SNL veterans asked to participate in Sundays anniversary special, but she thanked producer Lorne Michaels for her time on the program and denied her political views kept her from participating. Watch the video posted online by Victoria Jackson:

(5,946 posts)no one is good enough for her.
I remember seeing her on celebrity fit club and thinking this is one seriously disturbed person, I believer her father commuted child abuse in how they fed her and stage directed her, she was never good enough for her father, so now in turn she takes out her weight problems on every one else - granted there is a theme of drugs that went through a lot of cast members, but Jane Curtain managed to make it though as the only one without a drug issue on her years, writers included, so it can't be impossible.

(36,466 posts)She failed miserable in her bid for county commission.
Jackson received 632 votes, losing out to Judy Lynch Herbert, with 1,422 votes, and Betsy Hester, with 1,380 votes. There were also nine write-in votes. The County Commission has 12 districts with two commissioners in each district.
Hester is a District 2 incumbent. Herbert had been a District 3 commission, but because of the new district map, is now in District 2.
I am very pleased, Hester said. I want to thank all of the voters who turned out in early voting and all the voters who came out today in this heat. I pledge that I will continue to work hard for the Second District and will continue moving forward.
