Outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder fired back Tuesday at one particular group that has criticized President Obama and his aides for declining to use the term "Islamic extremism."

"If Fox (News) didn't talk about this, they would have nothing else to talk about, it would seem to me," Holder said during an appearance at the National Press Club.

He added: "Radical Islam, Islamic extremism -- you know, I'm not sure an awful lot is gained by saying that."

Obama and aides have criticized Fox News coverage over the years, just as some Fox commentators have criticized Obama and his aides, including Holder.

our country is actually killing people and there is this big debate about what words are being used.

When I say our country is killing people I realize how that sounds, what I mean is that like Holder says, people are not talking about the actions. The actions we are doing now, and contemplating doing, are much more important than the words.
