obscene profit somewhere, if someone isnt harming others somewhere by charging them more than someone else for the same thing, then it aint no fun.

The american version or preoccupation with capitalism is killing all but the very rich

Demand generated by pushing product via advertisement works against the rule of supply and demand and falsifies stats. Not only that but when supply is maliciously restricted in order to increase demand capitalism is corrupted. Free market forces can mean that the oligarchy can manipulate supply and demand. Right now we are experiencing oil price manipulation which has nothing to do with demand and everything to do with the Saudi's trying to quash competition from fracking and competitor oil extraction. There's nothing about that, that is true free market supply and demand capitalism.
