The heavy ad campaign -- aww, what a cute dog! -- should be a warning sign, but the alarm bells really went off when I first looked at the ingredient list with junk like grain and soy, and byproducts. No thanks!

It's right there with Pedigree and Old Roy.

It's mostly corn and chicken by-products which means all the chicken parts left over at the slaughterhouse. It's rated as a plant based food.

Some people just think that dogs can eat anything and be OK. Not true.
