And another thing, Please stop making our job of protecting the right to vote that much harder!

You see I work against the right trying to help people vote, because the right works day and night stopping certain people from voting.

Now it seems I have a second front to fight against, alleged liberals who go to liberal message boards and encourage others NOT to vote.

I dont have the resources and time to fight both.

It's just when you get this:
"ps

I am so left i have to turn around twice to see something on my right side"

Then I categorize it as self-righteous bs. NONE of the hard core ultra-leftists I know would make a claim like that. I know some that make Trotskyites look conservative.

I find it comical. But then I find most of life comical. The alternative is to cry yourself into oblivion.

I cannot begin to describe to you the level of contempt and nausea I feel for people who say that they will sit out and not vote this next election.

I have countless Election Day stories about people denied the franchise. people turned away from the polls because of spurious racial reasons.

Telling me you're not going to vote means that you are secure in the privilege of knowing that you would not be denied the polls......and that smacks of elitist privilege more than anything else.

without fail. Voting means something to them and the care every single time, not just when it is fashionable to jump on a bandwagon.

Anyone who does not vote or works to suppress the vote has no business on a Democratic web forum.
