None of the reports on or summaries of the Wolf budget I have seen mentioned reducing taxes on the rich. In fact the Pennsylvania income tax is a flat tax rate for every wage earner. Could you provide a reference for this tax reduction for the rich. Thank you.

- Taxing a struggling student's meal plan and textbooks.

- Taxing civil legal services so that a poor schlub being dunned by a debt collector now has to pay even MORE.

- Taxing diapers.

- Taxing caskets, adding to a devastated family's burden.

Could have sworn PA elected a Democratic governor.
