(41,836 posts)LYRICS in English;
Do you somethimes think about what youre worth?
How do you want things to turn out? What do you want to be?
Youre pretty normal, arent you? Nothing special
Im so apathetic, Ill wake my weak self up
Ive decided you use my clumsiness complex
As a springboard to grow stronger!
You cant! Its impossible! That just gives me power!
Thank my inferiority complex
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Hold your head higher
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)
No matter how I am, Ill make myself look cute
Your love life style
I am just Japanese girl...
Too much searching for happiness has made me anxious
All anyone talks about is winners and losers
The battles just beginning! you say, full of spirit
But youre wrong, its not a battle
The image I have of trying to be happy
Has more positives than negatives
We can change our destiny
Theres got to be more to it than the psychics let on!!
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Make your heart tough
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)
No matter how I am, Ill make myself pretty
Thats my love life style
I am just Japanese girl...
I cant live well
Under the boring rules I followed yesterday
Im not gonna hang on
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Hold your head higher
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)
No matter how I am, Ill make myself look cute
Your love life style
I am just Japanese girl...
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Make your heart tough
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Hold your head higher
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Well, hold out your hands!
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)
Are you Japanese? (Yes!) Your love life style
(When it's good, you're cool! Cool!
When it's not, you're cool! Cool!)

(41,836 posts)I am also a huge fan of Aiko Kayo. I just wish she hadn't quit the music biz...
I want to meet you, but I can't
No matter how much I put my thoughts into it, this prayer couldn't reach you
Because there was something that I've lost sight of
Before this, I have always believed in
A sole reality of what was only in front of my eyes, but
It's not such a singular world - it's a world that you can say "what if"
Now that I know of the infinite possibilities, I am currently lost inside it
I want to meet you... but I can't
Until I can tell you my feelings, I'll never forgive myself
I won't give in, I won't back down
Even if I have to put my body on the line
I'll find you
Because even if the darkness stands in my way
And besets my weak heart
I won't give up, and will keep on searching for you
Yes, when I finally find you, that would also mean I've found myself
Even now, I haven't forgotten about that promise we made
"We shall meet again, many times over" this had helped me all thie time
Everything becomes my courage, I am not alone
I want to meet you... but I can't
If this is a challenge, I will surely overcome it
So without giving up, or losing hope
Please wait for me
Believe in me
I want to meet you... but I can't
No matter how much I put my thoughts into it, this prayer couldn't reach you
Because there was something that I've lost sight of
I want to meet you... but I can't
Where are you now? For sure I will find you
I was completely lost in the labyrinth that's inside my eyes
Because even if the darkness stands in my way
And besets my weak heart
I won't give up, and will keep on searching for you

(41,836 posts)I don't know how I got into it.. most of them are packed away, but right next to me is an autographed photo of Oakland Raider Line backer Jeff Barnes. He was incredibly kind to me and wrote something special on my photo. I have lots of sports related Autographs.. Wayne Gretzky, Joe Montana, Dwight Clark, Tim Salmon, Grant Fuhr, Markus Naslund, Kobe Bryant, and a ton more.
I also have some Hollywood actors as well. One time I met Olivia Newton John in San Francisco and ran up to ask for autograph and realized I didn't have a pen. I asked her and the people with her if they had a pen, they didn't. She goes, "Well, lets just shake hands, shall we?" I was so embarrassed, that I always carry a sharpie with me everywhere I go!

There is an old saying among my people when your gas tank is near empty, "sucking on fumes", that's the play on words. I had just come back from a bike ride where about four buses and many more trucks had me feeling as if I was breathing in more diesel exhaust than actual air, that's the statement of fact.
And I'm good thank you so much, had a great day yesterday and I even took a few pictures myself.
