Or will he give the treasonous idiots a pass and not look back at past crimes?
A bit of leadership is in order for a violation of our nations laws of this magnitude.

Why the White House Won't Pursue GOP Senators’ Iran Letter As Logan Act Violation

To sum up, the fact that it is an open letter makes defense against the charge too easy, but it would set a precedent on a law that has never been tested.
