So black "Rappers" are to blame for SAE chant, says Morning Joe.

http://gawker.com/morning-joe-hosts-blame-rappers-for-sae-frats-racist-ch-1690754211

Guest Bill Kristol then jumped in with this: "Popular culture becomes a cesspool, a lot corporations profit off of it, and then people are surprised that some drunk 19-year-old kids repeat what they've been hearing."

Now that its been whitesplained as just a manifestation of black culture, it makes perfect sense.

When I work at home I always have the TV on, but I am not really watching it. I heard a station say something in regards to the SAE chant, it wasn't a chant but a song they were singing. By the time I looked up to pay attention it was over.

I don't have time to google so I will leave it up to DU

...who had denied their racism but was found online saying the N-word repeatedly as a rap song played in the back-ground.

But to say this chant has a thing to do with rap is denial in the extreme.

Very disappointed by Mika on Morning Joe. Very disappointed in over-looking the sororiety members participating in the chant. Sadly, I expect this from white guys but it really hurts when white women acquiesce to out-right bigotry.

sometimes you think we have come so far and then realize we are just going around in circles.

Even if it was a rap song she still should have known better than to say the N word. Anybody with a minuscule of common sense knows how hurtful that word is

And it's not the rapist's fault, the woman was dressed provocatively. I thought conservatives were about personal responsibility?

It has zip to do with "Black Rappers" and everything to do with a culture that says overtly that 'racism is over" but quietly condones it when it manifests.

The news story in this is that someone actually stepped in and gave consequences for it. That doesn't happen all that often.
