Some diffuse islamic terrorism? That's not catchy! We need and enemy with brand-recognition!
Al-Qaeda? Splintered.
ISIS? Far-away and in the ropes. They are rapidly losing infrastructure in the bombings and it gets more and more difficult for them to move troops and ressources around. (They recently lost the whole Tel Hamis-area in north-eastern Syria. And their defense of Tikrit consists of booby-traps and snipers...)

North Korea? Poor, armed lunatic. But China prevents any serious escalation. No threat.

Venezuela? Cuba? Oh wait, that bastard Obama is trying to take Cuba off the table, too.
