I personally don't want Warren to run anymore. I think she has a critical job right now fighting the plutocracy known as Wall Street. A run for POTUS, would mean a halt to all the good actions she is doing and will do.

I LOVE Bernie Sanders, but don't know if he can win the big enchilada. I will be voting for whichever winner emerges victorious from the primaries.

suck air for ANOTHER 4 years! Probably another (let's be honest here) 8 years! I will die a happy man knowing in my lifetime I got to see the first black president and the first women president.

And if some alternate dimension opens up and I get sucked in and Bernie Sanders or Warren ARE running...still the first women AND the first socialist in office!

It will be a first-first no matter what happens!

Are in a much different position from critics. Yeah, it's already getting heated, and people on both sides have strong feelings. And it looks like Hillary is likely to get the nomination. Here's the thing though- if you want Hillary to become president, in theory you should want as many of the persuadables as possible to come around in the end- to set aside as many hurts and concerns from the primary as possible and support and vote for her in the general. It might feel good to spike the ball, to rub people's noses in it, but it does make it harder for people to do that. That seems counterproductive to me.

Now, I get that this is just DU. What's said here will have minimal effect most likely. And I know the argument from Hillary supporters will likely be either a)they wouldn't have voted for her anyway, and we don't really need 'em or b) they have no choice, they'll vote for her anyway. I can treat those who aren't happy about where things are headed as nasty as I want to.

My take? There are persuadables for sure. Not everyone voicing concern is a sure no vote- and if you're gonna write off everyone who wishes there was another choice this early in the process that's a lot of potential people. Otoh, if you're taking those votes for granted, that strikes me as pretty dangerous.

Hillary, has yet to say that she's running either, it's just ASSUMED that she is. But still, that's not going to stop anybody's wishful thinking...not even your friendly neighborhood Clintonista.

Still love my Elizabeth Warren and always willing to push your buttons over her.
