This guy is an idiot. How he thought he'd get out of that is anyone's guess, but domestic abusers are all rage and no sense.

I have no problems with cops taking him down. He's a danger to everyone around him.

L.A. County sheriff's authorities chased an armed kidnapping suspect in a stolen vehicle to a South L.A. neighborhood Friday, where they exchanged gunfire with him.

Authorities were in a standoff for more than an hour with the man, who was covered in blood, before he surrendered to SWAT deputies about 6:50 p.m.

The high-speed chase ended near 43rd Street and Vermont Avenue. The man jumped out of the white SUV and pulled a gun, according to live news TV feeds, and fired at deputies.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that deputies returned fire.

When I first moved to LA I wasn't astonished by the amount of police chases but the actual news anchors who all look like rejects from a hypothetical 1992 season of The Bachelor.

and on edit:
From the first video: "He is wounded, somehow."

Must have been when he hit the ground after he got shot in the stomach.

From the time after he points a gun sideways towards cops while yelling, giving the finger, grabbing his crotch and shaking it, until the time he gets shot and runs away and falls down.

For those 6 intermediate seconds, he was one total bad ass that wasn't afraid of anything.
