So here's the headline and subhead in today's online edition of The Week:
Will Democrats regret holding their convention in North Carolina?
After Obama won the Tar Heel State in 2008, Democrats chose Charlotte for their 2012 convention. But now, North Carolina is leaning inhospitably red

And here's the NC polling for the last couple of months, from RCP:

Love RCP's polls, ignore their "leaning inhospitably red" articles.

If you don't know The Week, it's a non-partisan aggregator site that doesn't stoop to the sensationalism of HuffPo. This just seems beyond the pale for them; Fox, sure, but otherwise...

Here are their sources for this piece: Hot Air, News & Observer, The Pilot.
They also relate the fact that Obama is leading the polls in NC. Don't forget that Obama still leads in the North Carolina polls, says Rob Christensen of The Raleigh News & Observer.
But it is clear that their perspective in this article is leaning right wing, which is pretty much the perspective of every single article I have read from them (not that many, I recognize, but still).
