Sex Offender Followed Woman Home From Red Line Stop, Raped Her: Prosecutors

"Latayuss Curry, 21, had followed the 19-year-old victim from the Chinatown Red Line stop to her boyfriend's house near Stewart and Archer avenues, according to Assistant State's Attorney Barry Quinn.

In a bond hearing Wednesday, prosecutors alleged Curry pulled a knife on the woman, cut off her clothing, bound her wrists, stuffed a sock in her mouth and raped her. After the attack, prosecutors said, Curry dragged the woman into a shower to wipe away evidence."

This is what this raping piece of shit looks like:

"Curry was convicted in 2012 of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and unlawful restraint. He was credited with serving 18 months after his initial April 2011 arrest, and was sentenced to two years probation. Quinn said Curry is required to register as a sex offender."

Crimes against women get a slap on the wrist.

I am not denying that there is a rape culture, just wondering what your point is.

Sexual crimes against women don't matter and men will rarely be punished for them even if they are found guilty. THAT is rape culture.
