I used to work as a county election official in Oregon, and I was always impressed by how the county clerks and secretary of state tried very hard to make sure the system made it easy to register, easy to vote. This provides a nice contrast to states where they're trying to make it more difficult to register and vote. Good job, Oregon.

Pot legalization, a right to free speech even broader than that in the US Constitution (as such, censorship-minded authoritarian types may wish to think twice before moving to Oregon)

....I do believe we are representative of the future, as much as that fact may nettle some folks' bonnets.
