Mike Pence's op-eds, I mean, smoking doesn't kill?

“Time for a quick reality check. Despite the hysteria from the political class and the media, smoking doesn’t kill.”

Pence says George Washington was a Republican: “Republicans, from George Washington to George W. Bush just have better ideas.” Washington didn’t belong to any political party and famously warned against them in his farewell address.

Pence wrote that (Bill) Clinton must resign or be impeached.

So, one out of three do? And this is not a problem? And how many don't die, but suffer from illnesses that fall short of killing them?

I do know that the COPD from smoking that made her fight for every single breath she took made the last 25 years of her life utterly miserable.

However, I am sure his smoking made it difficult for him to fight off the cancer he did have it was Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, that is a cancer that smoking isn't a particularly high risk factor for. It's just his immune system was compromised in some way, not even the doctors he had told him it was caused by smoking they did want him to quit though to make his immune system work better, he tried but ultimately he didn't quit smoking.

Mike Pence was a far right local radio talk show host in Indianapolis. He was waaaaay out there. Naturally that qualified him to run for congress.
I'm sure if anyone went back and looked they would find some even crazier quotes from his radio days.
