and it can be proven the seizure was illegal and improper.
Should they pay me back?
They also prevented me from using that land for 20 years and I can prove that during those 20 years I could have profited 5 million dollars growing my crops.
Should I be reimbursed?
Do I have a reasonable case, ya think?

(4,734 posts)act in violation of the law. Thus, unless there was a tolling of the statute of limitations or any other unusual circumstance, you would not have a case as the Court would no longer have jurisdiction over the matter.

You did, however backtrack a bit when asked specifics about the seizure. Keep changing the case when I ask, say, if it was a tax forfeiture.
BTW, believing the seizure was improper and proving it in court are two different things.
