I have the solution to unarmed POC being gunned down by killer cops.

Every POC who leaves the house ***must*** wear a strait jacket that can only be opened by a combination lock (the wearer can give the code to someone once s/he's indoors and outside of range of killer cops). This will prevent the killer cops from using the excuse that the victim was "going for my gun/taser/dick/whatever."

Granted, this defies all "in writing only" civil liberties, but it just may save the lives of POC.

Of course, we know killer cops force themselves indoors, so another part of this solution is for a POC to always have a white person in their home to answer their door.

Strait jacket outdoors, white doorman indoors.

Cuz the cops aren't changing. They haven't since the damn plantation days.
