Two things are going to happen after this.

1. There is going to be a push to ban media helicopters from the sky because of "noise pollution".

2. They're going to move to an encrypted radio system so the media can't "inadvertently" hear something they don't want them to hear like Orange County California did when the media caught them using racial slurs but don't worry you'll get the polished version of events from their twitter and press release page about how they were in fear of their lives, how the rider tried to traple them and so on.

7. Sheriff Orders Immediate Internal Investigation Into Arrest Seen on "Disturbing" Video

San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon ordered an immediate internal investigation Thursday into what he called "disturbing" video showing an arrest by deputies after a horse pursuit that was caught on camera by NewsChopper4.

Deputies appeared to use Tasers to stun a man and then beat him after the pursuit in San Bernardino County Thursday afternoon.

...

The man then appeared to fall to the ground with his arms outstretched. Two deputies immediately descended on him and began punching him in the head and kneeing him in the groin.

There is no excuse for that kind of violence. Judges dispense punishment. These cops deserve jail time.

The guy was down before the first kick. Can a Tazer deliver from that kind of distance, or did he just fall off the horse? Anyway, he was down before the kicking started.

That's one well-trained horse, who did not move while more and more men rushed to "control" the suspect, and finally just moved a few feet away and waited. Any of mine, even the most experienced, would have taken off for home with that kind of excitement.

It just goes on and on and on, with more and more joining in...that's a lot of men that need to be fired, charged, and convicted.
