As for the question, I think it's 100%. Aren't those under 18 covered by CHIP or some such program? Or is that different in Florida?

...there was a pretty strong anti-Crist movement on this board during the last election. I would imagine many people stayed home because of that same attitude. I know people who did. We have Scott again.
