Some seem to think all the rings in the ring toss are the same size...nope! The issue is more than a few do not (refuse :shrug to see, while economics are vitally important, it is the social aspect which also adversely affects the economics because it is a systemic problem. Fixing one over the other won't cure the other one, but addressing the social ones highlights the economic issues. It rarely works the other way.

illustrates the mentality of crooked cops perfectly as well as police brutality in general. Everybody is affected by police brutality; black folks, white folks, the homeless, the poor, etc.
