They do not distribute all the money donated to the region it was solicited for, or specified by donors to be distributed to. They are vultures that use every disaster to bolster the bottom lines of their organization, their fund-raising company, and their executives.

I'd just rather the default for international assistance requests on DU become a better organization, such as Doctors Without Borders.

kind of hard to joke around when thousands just died. They should cancel and use the $300 a plate money for aid.

CNN did a piss-poor job warning about the photos of dead bodies, crushed under debris. I can handle it, but there are those that are going to be super-sensitive.
