Vigorous enforcement of stringent drug laws was discussed today on Morning Joe...

as the cause of distrust, fear and hatred that fueled the riot in Baltimore and I think it raised a very good point. Joe wasn't buying it of course, but I think it needed to be discussed.

it all started with st ronnie

Back then I was a drug user, pot smoker anyway and during the '70s there would be no pot to be found around these parts for 6 months out of the year, cocaine wasn't to be found either then st ronnie came in in January of '81 and shortly there after you could buy either of those on about any street corner here. Having the mind of a suspicious person I figured it had to have something to do with the rot of a president we just got and sure enough time proved me to be right.
