This may seem trivial but their are a lot of people who work at these baseball games.
Yesterday through Wednesday was the only trip for the White Sox to Baltimore. The game postponed yesterday and today will be made up with a doubleheader May 28th.
Here's the weird part - the O's and the Sox will play tomorrow at 2:05 pm but it will be closed to the public .
The Orioles games against the Tampa Bay Rays that were to follow the series with the White Sox will be played in Tampa but Baltimore will be the home team.
Weird.
I can't copy/paste on this phone. Source: Washington Post's live updates on Baltimore.

(39,343 posts)So the vendors will be able to get the work in, but they will have to stay home tomorrow. That might be a good thing if shit goes down. I wouldn't want low level employees to get in trouble trying to get to/from work.
It's the best for a bad situation.
