which is illegal in Maryland. But it was hidden away in on of his front pockets out of view.

How the cops knew, that I don't know. Why they stopped him, ?

Just remembered -it called for $500 fine and/or a year in jail.

that's the kind that's illegal. There might be another term for it, but that's how I remember what was said on the tv.

8. "Having" a switchblade & the police "finding" a switchblade can be two different things.

15. The knife was not a switchblade - he was arrested illegally.

According to State Attorney Mosby.

The Baltimore Police Department said Gray was arrested on suspicion of possessing a switchblade. But Mosby said Friday the knife Gray had on him was not a switchblade and was lawful under Maryland law.

“No crime was committed by Freddie Gray,” Mosby said, adding that Gray was illegally arrested.

read, they couldn't have known he had one unless they had stopped him already.

I guess they're afraid someone might have video that hasn't come forward yet.

And we just learned that they have arrested Kevin Moore, the guy who videotaped the Freddie Gray arrest.

Deja vu, they also arrested Ramsey Orta, the guy who videotaped the killing of Erik Garner.

Unbelievable that this doesn't get any better no matter how they are exposed, filmed, caught lying. Who is in charge of this?

plus a furtive movement. He hauled ass.

No charge. What's the use, he's dead.

You only get overtime if you testify in court.

Who knows if he had one, though? It could have easily been provided by a helpful law enforcement officer to make a charge stick.

I thought he was arrested because he was running, and I don't believe it's illegal to run.

He ran, and he was "alleged" to have a knife.

Without body cameras, the police can say they saw that knife before he ran. And they can get away with it.
