If it turns out to be human error in any way, shape, or form, you've hurt the agenda.
That said, I doubt the response will be sufficiently aggressive. It never is for my tastes.

(does look like speed) but remember there is an upgrade system that would reduce the speed.
Imagine heading home to hug your family and relax and now some folks don't even know if their loved ones are alive, dead or injured in a hospital.
Life really is what happens after we make plans.

We've had two horrific train accidents on the commuter line here in NY in recent years. Stuff that never happened before.
