7. I was living in a rural area 15 years ago There was a university town nearby.

The KKK got a permit to try to recruit on the campus of the agricultural college there. They thought they'd have success as the population was mostly white, with lots of churches, cowboys and ranches. The students came out in droves and laughed them off campus. They never came back. The KKK is a back room sort of thing now, they don't get out much. If they did, they'd freak.
