Duggars shun Josh Duggar's Unwed Sister in Law for Getting Pregnant

The reason? A source reveals to the magazine it was bad enough that Keller didn’t fully embraced the family’s strict fundamentalist Christian beliefs — but the final straw that made the clan turn on her came as a result of Keller giving birth to a baby girl out of wedlock in 2013.

Worse, Keller, who sometimes appeared on the then-titled 17 Kids and Counting back in 2008, decided not to marry her daughter’s father.

While Keller once was considered worthy enough to act as Anna and Josh’s courting chaperone before they tied the knot, according to the source, Keller’s slide into sin resulted in Duggar patriarch Jim Bob sitting in judgment and striking even the mention of her name from the family’s show.

“It would be bad for the Duggar brand,” explains the source. “She broke away from everything his family represents, so viewers shouldn’t expect any televised trips to visit this in-law.”

And don’t expect to see anything so distasteful happen to one of the Duggars’ own, adds the source. “[Jim Bob] has his radar up for any hint of rebellion.”

The rest of the Duggar girls should be so lucky as to escape from that nest of insanity. (Edit: I used girls because I assumed they're minors, but come to think of it, if 'Josh' in in his mid20s, probably some of the female children are adults now too, and hence women, rather than girls.)

but that it was from someone else and at that camp or whatever she was sent to .

some believe the parents don't want her to leave because they need her to take care of the kids and everything else.

she wants to stay to protect her siblings.

She got pregnant in 11th grade at their high school so they expelled her. Not the father of the baby, mind you, but her. And five years later when she tried to enroll him in the Lutheran grade school we attended, they treated my friend and her child like shit, told her he wouldn't be a good fit there.

They love to abandon people in need who don't fit their mold. They shun and hide it for fear out well reflect poorly on them.

Assholes. All of them.

That term made me gag. It's a real indication that they are in it for the money, for ego gratification.

Indeed, the concept of a "brand" is pretty much everywhere now.
