We usually spend a couple of weeks at Tahoe in the winter. I'm friends with the marketing directors at a couple of the resorts. They usually close in late April only because it is so warm that nobody wants to ski anymore, but there is still a huge snow pack. Except for the last few years. This year, nothing. Marinas on the lake have had to move docks farther out because the water is so low. It's not good. Not good at all.

we had 7% of normal last I heard a couple weeks ago...we'll be "zeroed" out soon as well. 15 of 36 counties here are in declared drought emergencies.

I have Never had to worry about water.....average rainfall was about 80" where I live-about 50 miles N..98" is the "norm".
I'm not sure what we ended up with, but I can guarantee you it is but a fraction of "normal".
