They'll see it there. If you create an avatar, using one of the sites on the web that do that, you can add it to your ATA post, to make it easier for the admins to add.
That's how most new avatars get added to the list.

Meanwhile, the man who replaced him lied continuously to the country with a wink and a smile, was re-elected and is held up by some as some great icon of leadership.
That's a sad reflection on our society.
