(114,904 posts)Your op is a little confusing. There is no such thing as tpp fast track. Trade Promotion Authority is fast track. TPP is the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement. Passing TPA would enable passage of the TPP.

(20,202 posts)nor is it fair. The FT in NAFTA and CAFTA and a number of trade agreements are the antithesis of "free" trade. They are trade regulations, including clauses to protect the profits of multi-billion dollar corporations. Since when does regulated = free?
