Before you call somebody a "traitor" why don't you read how the U.S. Constitution defines treason.

1. Here it is the definition of Treason:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."

I suppose what Snowden has done could be considered giving "aid and comfort" to U.S. enemies, but that is a very far stretch. What he is almost certainly guilty of is violation of security agreements that he signed to work for the NSA. He would have to be pardoned for that in order to return to the U.S. a free man.

It's Dana Perino that has given "aid and comfort" to America's enemies by unrelentingly engaging in slander of the President and the ongoing attempts by FOX to negate the legitimacy of the U.S. Presidency.

Personally, I think Perino would look amazing in an orange jumpsuit.

There's a clear line between a colloquial definition of treason and the legal definition in the United States. It's ridiculous to pretend the two are the same.
