Gutierrez implies Bernie Sanders doesnt like immigrants (Sanders' family is migrants)

This is really gutter politics

GUTIERREZ: We’ve got the socialist, uh I can’t remember his name. Bernie Sanders I don’t know if he likes immigrants because he doesn’t seem to talk about immigrants. But sooner or later, he’ll tell us. I hope he likes immigrants. I haven’t heard him say anything. He’s been kind of quiet and silent. So I hope that when he sees this program, he sees that there’s a lot of people waiting to hear from him.

He's handling them with ease so far which makes him look all the more presidential.

I doubt he thinks he's just "the socialist" -- a sort of red-baiting dog whistle.

What an utterly childish and repulsive attempt to belittle another candidate. I'm saddened to know that the Hillary crew plans to conduct their campaign this way as opposed to talking in depth about issues of relevance as Bernie does.

Hillary's campaign is going to divide the party.

Bernie's will bring it, and independents, into unity.

Don't let the Hillary campaign cause division by reacting to its nasty words, be like Bernie; laugh it off and stay true.

And I'd see bernie at events and it was obvious to anyone who talked to him that the man believes everything he says. He's a completely honest person an when he says he doesnt do negative campaigning he means it. The Clintons on the other hand, let's just say they don't have that reputation

They do have a reputation. Meat ball politics. I was so embarrassed for Hillary the way she and Bill attacked Obama in 2008. And here they come again. Geeeesh.

Activists praise Sanders, criticize Clinton on immigration

Immigration activists praised Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and criticized Hillary Clinton, after both visited Iowa on Sunday.

A group of "Dreamers," people who illegally immigrated to the United States as children, praised Sanders for criticizing President Obama's decision to put off executive action delaying more deportations.

Clinton, in contrast, refused to criticize the decision, when the activists confronted her on the rope line of an event in Des Moines.

“Unlike Hillary Clinton, Senator Sanders showed he understood the urgency to keep families together, though was still sensitive to the political complexity," Monica Reyes, one of the activists, said in a statement contrasting their comments.
