(512 posts)behave exactly like bullets fired from the gun held by an adult. Now police in the US should be able to respond with lethal force if necessary to protect themselves and others, but they should also give people a chance to surrender using clear instructions something along the lines of: "Put the gun on the ground now!"
Whether or not it happens to be real or not may not even enter into it.
So my answer is: maybe

Only in America do the police shoot unarmed people...kids and adults...in anywhere near the numbers we do in the US.
