Just stupid mindless shit that I tend to find myself sympathizing with the criminals more often than the justice system.

edit: I don't watch it that often though, every now and again...

I was watching a COPS Las Vegas and this cop caught two young women urinating right on the Strip, albeit it in a part of it that was largely removed from public view. The cop asked them if they do this in their hometown.
