OMG. What a catch 22 situation. Colorado made pot legal and profited 170M is sales. And now a year later, you can get fired for something legal? WTF
Makes me wonder if this was the plan all along?

(16,856 posts)should be illegal. People go into work impaired all the time using drugs that they have prescriptions for, but they don't get fired when they're tested. I would much rather have someone working for me who used cannabis than someone who takes prescription Oxycontin. I'd rather have a cannabis user than someone who has too many drinks at lunch, or someone with a bad hangover from the night before. Our drug laws and regulations need to be reconsidered. Employers shouldn't be allowed to fire someone over something so trivial as a piss test for THC.

(3,544 posts)If people can get fired over a legal act, then I see sales dropping big time. To the extreme, what if they tested 10K people tomorrow across the state on a random test, and they all came up positive and were fired? Losing 10K people could be a real issue. This is sooooo screwed up.
Being fired for something legal? OMG!!!

(51,076 posts)that class of fucks don't like to see anyone have a good time except themselves. For some reason us having a good time is a threat to them. Sorry bunch no doubt.
You know, I just don't really give a flying fuck how anyone else gets in on in their own home but the pukies gets their panties or shorts all stretched out of shape over that, as a 'for instance.'
As I look back I think the fact we were getting it on where they weren't has a lot to do with it. A tip to the 'CONs you guys and gals are way too up tight is your problem. Right out of the gate they fuck up. f'm
