One thing to repeat in light of the shooting
Please, please, please, do not refer to people as "crazies", "psychos", "nutters", etc. The mentally ill are just that--ill. They are my friends, family, and community, and those with psychological problems need help and understanding, not to be dismissed as just "crazy".
Btw, the shooter was a racist fuck above whatever else he was. I'm not saying anything here.
