Responses from the right to SC terrorist attack

Have any Republicans, Conservatives, Tea Partiers leaders - religious and/or political - issued unconditional statements about the terrorist attack in Charleston. In other words, without reference to the mental stability of the killer, or blaming the victims, or turning it into something it wasn't (e.g., an attack on religion)?

Jeb! (the politician formerly known as Jeb Bush) said he didn't know what was in the heart or mind of the terrorist. BS

Nikki Haley said she couldn't understand it, while the Confederate flag flies over the state house. BS

Anyone else?

Does anyone have the decency or integrity to condemn this terrorist attack, with no qualifiers. Does anything have the decency or integrity to call out white supremacy and violent racism as a continuing stain on this country? Anyone?
