Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI am reminded that the flag of controversy in South Carolina is not even
the flag of the confederacy. That flag was the white flag of surrender. The bars and stars, as those who love the confederacy love to refer to it's many versions, came after the white flag of surrender. The flag of surrender needs to fly over the state capital in South Carolina as a reminder that the Civil WAr is over and does not and cannot be revived.
