Dying American Middle Class needs 2004 Obama to give CPR by vetoing his Fast Track bill
and admitting error.
But then if 2004 Obama showed up, indubitably the GOP crazies would resume their suspended rumbling about impeachment.
But the Democratic Party, and the American 99% would be back on track, impeachment would fail, and the President would earn a cameo in Profiles in Courage.
It would certainly take an unbelievable amount of courage to veto the one piece of legislation for you have literally given you all, and for which you have spent 100% of your political capital, and to acknowledge that you were wrong.
But President Obama is a remarkable President.
