If the Wobblies were to be formed today they would be attacked and killed as terrorists.

Wobblies and it a great read. And I finally remembered where I saw the poster. Two Harbors MN museum. There were pictures of the IWW shop that printed their newspaper and other photos.

I do have one question after reading the article: They wanted to abolish the wage system for workers. What were they planning to replace it with?

real western middle class that arose after the European Black Death plague mass die off which brought the value of labor up and generated a larger guild-merchant-burgher class. Then the 20th c. large middle class in the US and Europe mostly post war after earlier progressive and populist struggle and change. The US-western Golden Age and Trente Glorieuses in France (1945-1975) were great while they lasted.

The dystopian world of robots, drones and mass serfdom, with little to no interaction with the 1% and 10%, is staring us in the face, unless massive movements can effect change. Here's hoping. ..

K & R. Great illustration, saved from your earlier postings.

1. A black layer saying we supplied the labor to start it all; and

2. A red layer below that saying we supplied the land and the resources.
