A lot less 'LOOK AT ME' in good ol' standard GD.

Primary posts (guaranteed to be contentious) were overtaking GD with good OPs being crowded out and often dropping off the first page before they could be seen and read.

I appreciate the Admins making the decision to move primary OPs to GDP, we can now check out both forums depending what we want to read, etc.

when it was renamed GD Primaries it stayed on ignore...

It was only when I saw threads being locked in GD I realized something had happened and I had to go back in to fix my ignores.

sure, there will be some breaking news that will lead to many threads on the same topic. But opening GD means fewer mud slinging posts on the same topic.

when typing GD-P, it makes me laugh out loud because the smilie that's shown instead is so perfect in so many ways for GD .

All the love/hate Hillary/Bernie posts were crowding out all the good ones about FauxNoise, Trump, intern killers etc.

Now if we can just have a pit bull hate/love forum I'd be really happy!!! LOL
