That's the only way we all have a say in the matter. There are power in numbers and when people organize and work together, anything is possible. I'm supporting Bernie because in my view, he is the only candidate who will fight for and with all of us.

There was some strong language about it in Kennedy's decision that we need to capitalize on.

I agree with you that the 'iron is hot' in regards to that language as precedent, while death with dignity still has a lot of groundwork to be done at the state level rather than in the courts. Given Kennedy's position as the 'swing vote', his choice of language informs us as to the places where he is open to voting with the left again, and now is the time for more 5-4 votes to go our way in those places.

It is definitely time for *some kind* of gun control. I know it isn't popular and won't be easy, but then neither was ACA or marriage equality. We have to start somewhere.
