Todd has already said that the report might not have represented the best judgment, but he and his programming team decided to go ahead anyway. He scrupulously did not identify the rest of his staff, but I suspect they were all as white and male as Todd. And they didn't get to their exalted positions by doubting themselves or apologizing for poor decisions. They aren't going to start now.
