Bloody police beating of restrained victim shows body cams are useless

when worn by cops who are out of control.

This beating happened inside a police station in Federal Heights CO. Another cop watching is so concerned that he tries to tell the out of control criminal cop that he is wearing a body cam.

Maybe he is trying to help the criminal cop?

I called the police cheif and he refuses to answer any questions. Another example of protecting a crimional cop?

I was told that Mark Magness no longer works for Federal Heights.

This is a graphic shocking video:

case like this, would it.

Most cops are on power trips, are capable of doing bad stuff, most cops wont report them, etc.

We are so fucked up when it comes to this, why are we allowing this?

What is wrong with us?

see you and all people as criminals except other LEOs who they see as their buddies who are their allies in their fight against you and me and the general public?

Watch any 1st amendment audit video on you tube and after a few, you will see that the cops are free to waste money and time by harassing and intimidating people who are committing no crime at all. And they do it in a group for added force to intimidate and harass,

If a complaint is made against the officer it only means that other officers will exonerate the malignant cop after a so-called investigation.

And a city's Civilian Revue Board is made up of members who are appointed by an incestuous group of departments or officials who are part of the city government. Usually Police - Mayor - and City Commission/Council.

And when a city and cop is sued and loses, the settlement is never from the cop's pocket or even the city's. It is paid from a fund set up by the city or an insurance company paid in both cases by taxes on the public.

Law enforcement and the judicial system will never be harsh with cops since there is an incestuous relationship between the cops and prosecutors and judges.

That is why I think people like Geoirge Zimmerman become police officers. I think he learned a great deal from the police when he buddied up to them in Florida before he sytarted his violence and killing actions. He wanted to learn how he should act to manipulate the system.

5. Or, rather, body cams aren't useless simply because they prevent any and all police violence.

The all-or-nothing argument usually leaves me appalled.

They reduce it. But catching on video the assault that would have happened if the body cam hadn't been there is something that's not going to happen: We don't have good technology for videotaping in alternate universes.

And they reduce police violence about as much by limiting police behavior as by limiting an escalation of civilian behavior. In other words, civilians induce less police violence.

This effect is only observed if the police are known to the others involved to be wearing body cams. Otherwise the cameras are pretty pointless.

But he wasn't fired for the first one in 2009 which was an on duty attack.

10. He was prosecuted and pled guilty twice.

But in spite of pleading guilty to assault in 2009, he wasn't fired. Which means that some management also needs to go. Once a cop is guilty of assault, they should no longer be allowed to be a cop.

What would have happened without it. I have never heard anyone say police violence would become obsolete with the use of cams.
