How many law suits do "tort reform" republicans have going at the moment?

Let's see, Boehner is suing Obama.

These assholes suing to stop Obamacare.

These assholes suing to prevent the EPA from doing their job.

These assholes suing to make sure they can kill prisoners.

Not sure who filed those last two suits, but you get the point.

court cases, EVER to benefit America or Americans?

America would be better off if RW political positions were left vacant.

a blogger who was the Lubbock County GOP chair who ran for the House of Representatives twice (and lost in the primaries both times) is asking for discovery regarding a defamation suit in which a woman claimed that he not only sexually harassed but also sexually assaulted her.

Here is the link with related links also present:
San Angelo judge assigned to Donald May (aka Mr. Conservative) hearing re sexual harassment

Mr. Conservative also sued Texas Tech in the late 90s because he was fired from his job (and allegedly also bilked Medicare). He lost that lawsuit also.

However, it is an example of frivolous lawsuits being filed by a GOPer.

They are masters of deceptively naming bills though.

Since "tort reform" let medical people off the hook more or less, putting arbitrary limits on amounts awarded.

The limits went into effect, the costs of insurance continued to rise.

It was a lie.
A scam to let incompetent, or intoxicated medical people off the hook for injuries and deaths they caused.

You know who sues each other most often?

Big businesses, suing each other mostly over patents.
