Dear Donald Trump

I hear that Buckingham Palace is in bad need of repair. Nothing major has been done since the early 50s and the new work is estimated to cost close to $300 million. I understand that the Brits are still thinking of how to pay for this.

Well, as you've said: you are rich! Meaning $300 million is not much for you.

So why not offer to carry the lion part, if not all, the cost? No, you will not be able to name Buckingham Palace to Trump Palace, but I am sure you should be able to get a nice Thank you note.

And it will give you something to do and to boast while let the rest of us deal with the real issues.

What say you?
