Baby sea lions are a pretty rare find. In the past year, only three have been born in 38 American zoos that have the species.
Thanks to a pair of live births in June, the Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium has two of the three. And the zoo wants help naming them.
The pups one male and one female were born on June 6 and June 8 to different mothers, Gemini and Coco. The half-siblings share a father, Chino.
Zookeepers mostly drained the Owen Sea Lion Pavilion to make parenting easier. Pups are born on the beach.
